Processing & Production Time

Standard production takes 7–16 business days.

Complex orders (such as extra-long lengths, multi-tone colouring, or highlight blends) and large/bulk salon orders may take longer to complete.

Each order passes a strict quality inspection for weight, length, and consistency before dispatch. We do not release any item that doesn’t meet our standard.

All orders ship express via DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on availability and your location.

This process is slower than mass-produced stock hair, but it ensures you receive hair that lasts far longer and performs better than fast-fashion alternatives.

Our hair will not tangle, matte, or shed abnormally with correct care. Natural shedding from brushing or friction is expected, but significantly reduced compared to mass-market extensions.

When Refunds or Exchanges Are Offered

Products must be returned in their original condition — not significantly altered, coloured, cut, or damaged.

A light trim or minimal adjustment is acceptable, but anything that prevents fair inspection may void eligibility.

Hair Care & Maintenance Policy


At Daistensions, we promise longevity — but that promise depends on proper care. Our hair is raw, cuticle-aligned Vietnamese human hair, which means it behaves just like natural hair. With the right routine, it will last 1–2+ years on average and up to 4+ years with good care.

General Care

Always brush gently from tips to roots using a detangling brush or wide-tooth comb.

Avoid tugging or brushing harshly when wet, as this is when hair is most fragile.

Use sulphate-free, moisturising shampoos and conditioners to keep hair hydrated.

Wash extensions no more than 2–3 times a week unless heavily styled with product.

Always detangle before washing.

Use lukewarm water, never hot.

Apply conditioner from mid-lengths to ends, avoiding the bonds or tapes.

Our hair can be dyed and toned professionally.

Bleaching is possible but must be done with patience. Rushing bleaching will damage even the highest-grade hair.

Heat styling is safe with heat protectant, but limit temperatures over 180°C/350°F.
