Processing & Production Time
Standard production takes 7–16 business days.
Complex orders (such as extra-long lengths, multi-tone colouring, or highlight blends) and large/bulk salon orders may take longer to complete.
Each order passes a strict quality inspection for weight, length, and consistency before dispatch. We do not release any item that doesn’t meet our standard.

Shipping & Couriers
All orders ship express via DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on availability and your location.
Delivery averages 2–5 business days after dispatch, though exact times vary by country and customs clearance.

Made-to-order hair takes longer than stock items — but for good reason. Each piece undergoes several steps before reaching you:

Wefting or wig construction — machine or hand-tied, depending on the product.
Customisation — bleaching, colouring, and lace preparation where required. Bleaching in particular takes time to preserve the integrity of raw Vietnamese hair — this patience means you get colour that lasts longer and stays healthier.
Final quality control — every order is checked for accuracy, weight, and finish.
This process is slower than mass-produced stock hair, but it ensures you receive hair that lasts far longer and performs better than fast-fashion alternatives.
